Anne-Marie Eklund Löwinder is inducted into the Internet Hall of Fame
Anne-Marie Eklund Löwinder, internet pioneer is in August 2013 the first (and so far only) Swede in the Internet Hall of Fame.
The induction motivation focuses on her contribution to making Sweden the first ccTLD to secure its zone with DNSSEC already in 2005.
Anne-Marie Eklund Löwinder was also one of the first crypto officers with a "key to the internet" which enables her to get the internet back up and running in case of a disaster. Twice per year the crypto officers meet in the USA to make sure that the internet keeps working. the Internet Museum tagged along on one of Anne Marie's journeys, and here is the film:
